Overview
In erect to indicate the appropriate strategic planning items to be addressed, the authors fool determined the current competitive situation within the strong food marketplace and the recent collective events should be evaluated. Burger King just split with its advertising smart set, Young & Rubicam, Inc., after clashes oer recent proposals (McMains et al., August 18, 2003). The first area to be addressed focuses on the Grand Strategy. Second, the long-term objectives will be illustrated, followed by a review of interview attempts and additional summary items.
Grand Strategy
Grand strategies are developed at the bodily overview level. Their components include broad topics that allow identification of an initial corporate position, which can be used to formulate the strategies themselves.
