The scenario that I am going to be talking slightly today is the scenario that has to do with the Johnson’s and there billing issue. outright you give notice the way the medical assistant is with the Johnson’s she seems almost bothered by them showing up totake caveat of there billing problem.

The medical assistant gets all vindicatory because she is in a way protecting her doctors. I speculate that what the medical assistant shoots to realize is erect because she chamberpot read her doctors handwriting does not mean that allone else can. She also need to realize that she is the first point of contact for the Johnson’s and that she entrust essentially be how they perceive the medical facility. She also didn’t need tot ell the Johnson’s that they told the medical director near the issue and definitely didn’t need to tell them that she was invalidating of the issue. After telling them all that information she then tells them that she will do everything she can to fix the problem.



Do you think the Johnson’s believe her? I don’t.

As the patient, the Johnson’s were just trying to expedite the process of getting the bills paid. Because the doctor’s handwriting was not legible and they are getting stuck with a portion of the bill that should be paid by the Medicaid. I understand them wanting to get this taken care of. They had every reason to transfer to another medical facility afterwards they were treated so rudely by the medical assistant.
