Health care Innovation is a bracing and rising focal point of doing health care. Health care Innovation will change the way that health care is delivered to the patients and how the organizations are run.
According to Health Care Innovation Challenge, they will be awarding up to $1 billion in grants to the applicants that will implement the some ideas on giving better health and improving the care at a lower cost to all of the tribe who are using Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP. This will be focused loosely on the patients who have higher health care needs. (innovations.cms.gov) Health Care Innovation Challenge has objectives for the initiative, these objectives are to have a set of innovation partners who can identify and also testify tonic care delivery and new payment models.



These new systems need to better the health care and reduce the cost with these improvements for the targeted population. These initiatives will have to identify new models of the workforce victimization and also have training and education that will brave out the new models. Within the six months of the award the support innovators will have to deploy care improvement, this will be finished the new ventures or through expansions of the existing efforts to a new population of patients.
