Red rose is a very old Indian restaurant in surbiton. It is rail its business from about 20 years. So among the local connection it has a well reputation. Before it was the only restaurant in this area .But in last few years a good number of new restaurants countenance established in surbiton. Those restaurants are also doing well and already few of them create become good competitors of red rose. So to keep the leave of the restaurant steady Red Rose is planning to mold some improvement in their business. Among those improvements and changes staff indigence is biggest precedence for them. The management of red rose now realizes with out proper staff motivation they will not be qualified to provide good service and it will be trying to stay in competition.
