Kudler picturesque Foods is an upmarket food shop located in the San Diego metropolitan area. The familiarity has enjoyed rapid growth, and the owner Kathy Kudler wants to make a few changes inwardly the company. In doing this, Kathy Kudler plans to start contracting with local anaesthetic growers of organic produce. If Kudler Fine Foods proceeds with these changes and takes these steps, certain operational changes will be necessary. This composing will identify the business addresses at Kudler Fine Foods that could be partakeed by the decision and how the supply chain would be affected In addition; the paper will reveal the quality control tools and performance old-hats that Kudler would need to put in place to ensure the effectiveness of its operations.

A business process should work the needs of a company, in order for the company to be successful. Kathy Kudler decision to start contracting with local growers will affect purchasing, inventory, and merchandise selection process.
