Monopolies and oligopolies are present in many facets of business. Generally they can be simply expound as an economic phenomenon where unrivaled (monopoly) or few (oligopolies) companies obtain trade in a certain sector
Monopolies and oligopolies are practically found in technology, health care, constructions and energy industry because offset up and building companies in these fields is difficult. take a large amount of start-up and maintenance capital, permits, or otherwise impossible means, which causes there to be only few companies in this sector.

A market condition in which there is only a single provider of a particular product or service.




Such a situation is beneficial for theses providers as they lie with the freedom of lack of market competitors, leaving the customer with no choice to switch to another service provider so the customer has to buy the service at the given bell so it can be considered as Price shaping machine

An Oligopoly occurs when there is a small group of suppliers or companies dominating an industry, trade, goods, service or sector.
Talking about Competition and Competitive Markets is more theoretical speaking, a market is tell to be a perfectly competitive market where it satisfies these conditions: many firms, Freedom of entry and exit, homogenous outputs and perfect information
