I have learned how to block hands and feet from the attacker if the attacker tries to punch or kicks me. I have learned the punching, kicking, and striking techniques by bang the key pointer areas of the attacker.



I have learned how to defend myself if I am being attack by pulling, grabbing from behind, the side, the front, and the wrist joint of the attacker while striking him and getting him to the ground. I have learned how to defend myself if I am being attack by using the key pointers like kicking in the growing, kicking in the stomach, punching in the throat, punching on the nose, and punching on the chin. Some mental principals I have learned in this class are: self respect and respect for others. I will only use the techniques as a last resort, not as the first. I learned that I need to be in control at all times, that means I cannot let any emotions take over me. I have learned that it is very important to be aware of my surroundings and the attacker.
