Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the client) who are the authorized agents of a certain piece of land situated in the govern of Gweru known as destiny 74 of Umsungwe Block, to unfold let on the excogitatening, surveying, infrastructure design and environmental impact assessment for the proposed growing of the property.
2.0THE CONTRACT
The working are described as follows:
a) To apply for and puzzle a Certificate of No Present Interest for Lot 74 of Umsungwe Block from the Government of Zimbabwe.
b) To design a lay step up(a) plan and apply for a subdivision permit for the development of the say property into a residential township in hurt of section 40 of the Regional Town and Country Planning Act. The subdivision application should be processed and followed up to panegyric.
c) To carry out an Environmental Impact Assessment of Lot 74 of Umsungwe Block and submit the EIA report to the pertinent authorities for encomium in terms of the Environmental Management Act.
d) To carry out all the necessary topographical surveys and cadastral surveys needed in the planning and development of Lot 74 Umsungwe Block.
To furbish up approval for all the resultant survey general plans for the property.
e) To carry out civil engineering designs for the development of roads, water and any opposite necessary infrastructure development for the proposed residential development in line with requirements of the approved plan.
f) To prepare Bill of Quantities and tender documents for the proposed development.
3. lustiness OF CONTRACT
The contract is valid for the works outlined in 2.0 to a higher place only.
