This will thereof include working with others, as my role as a childminder includes working closely with parents and other carers, as well as working with other agencies responsible for monitoring and supporting children. These skills are transferable, in that these may be used effectively in different situations, and I will be demonstrating how the personal development of skills required by my workplace role support my passkey development in understanding the needs of children and organisation.
