regard: Mahatma Gandhi and Rabindranath Tagore, the names, which need no introduction, have many facets in the creative, literary and cultural fields. Both Gandhi and Tagore are counted amongst the salientest educationists of the instauration. The philosophies of education propounded by them bear great importance to the whole humanity. They were well witting of the importance of education in building modern India. They not only enlightened India but also the whole world by his outstanding personality and intellectuals.
