A single American colony could not take on Mother England but the American colonies UNITED, acting together as one had the power to bewilder down England and lead a revolution. Upon first arriving to the modernistic land, the American colonists were already united in a sentiency: they had all left their motherland for new beginnings. Disease, hunger, and constant state of war between the Indians brought down the colonists but together they healed and pushed forward. text file C states that in 1774 when all the Acts had taken their toll on the colonists all of North America was now most securely united and firmly resolved to defend their liberties. When these Acts led to the toss of tea in the Boston Harbor, the colonies pooled their resources, as shown in enter G, to help one another survive due to parliaments shutting down the harbor until the costs were remunerative off.




Creating a name for them, an identity, was the most difficult task the colonists had to undergo. They cut themselves as completely different and set apart from the overage World.
